Your trades, where you work, your contacts, and the size of project that suits you.

Send your paperwork and sign
W-9, certificate of insurance, and your license if you hold one, then sign our Master Subcontractor Agreement online. We verify before sending work.

Meet the team
For most trades we'll set up a short call or site walk to go through scope and scheduling.

Get on the bid list
Approved partners are matched to projects by trade, service area and capacity.
Have these ready
- Your license (ROC) number and expiration
- Certificate of Insurance (GL, auto, workers' comp)
- A completed W-9
- Contacts for accounting, estimating and the field
