His background includes managing high-end custom homes as well as commercial tenant improvement projects across the country—giving him a versatile skill set and a sharp eye for quality, function, and finish.
At Constructed Matter, Joe leads construction operations in the field. He’s hands-on, solution-driven, and deeply committed to making sure every detail is executed to the highest standard. You’ll find him walking jobs daily, coordinating with trades, solving problems before they happen—and quietly making sure every project gets built the right way.
Originally from Minnesota, Joe enjoys spending his time outdoors, hunting, collecting baseball cards, working on his old truck, and diving headfirst into whatever his latest hobby happens to be.

Brandon Fadden
Principal / President
Builder, leader, and big-picture thinker. Unshakable under pressure, driven by integrity. Husband, father, outdoorsman.
With nearly two decades of construction experience, Brandon has worked across the industry—from field labor and estimating to managing large-scale commercial and civil projects throughout the Southwest. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University and has overseen more than $200 million in construction, including multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, retail, and industrial spaces.
As President of Constructed Matter, Brandon leads with a steady hand and a commitment to delivering a better construction experience—one built on communication, creativity, and doing things the right way. He’s passionate about building strong teams, running organized jobs, and creating spaces that are both functional and lasting.
Beyond the job site, Brandon is a dedicated husband and father. He lives in Scottsdale, where he’s active in the local community and finds balance outdoors—spending time with his family, fly fishing remote rivers, hunting, and exploring wild places that keep him grounded and inspired.

Operations Manager
Organizer, problem-solver, and master of getting things done. Calm in the chaos, fueled by checklists. Wife, dog mom, and avid hiker.
With over 15 years in the construction and design industry, Bethany brings a rare blend of creativity, organization, and experience to every project. Her background spans design support, procurement, client coordination, and operations—making her a vital link between what’s envisioned and what’s executed.
At Constructed Matter, Bethany oversees internal systems, manages procurement, and keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes. She ensures the right materials are ordered, timelines are met, and details are never overlooked—so clients can feel confident and supported from start to finish.
Originally from Michigan, Bethany now calls Arizona home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring the outdoors with their dogs, hiking local trails, and paddle boarding whenever she gets the chance.

Ben’s experience spans both architecture and construction, giving him a unique perspective on how ideas translate from paper to reality. Over the past several years, he’s worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects—from custom homes & additions to tenant improvements and multifamily developments. His background includes design coordination, permitting, zoning, entitlements, and on-site construction management.
With a calm, thoughtful approach, Ben brings clarity to complex builds and keeps things moving forward. He thrives in the space between big-picture planning and on-the-ground execution—bridging the gap between designers, clients, trades, and municipalities.
